• The coupon can be used as many times as you like within the valid period.
• The validity period is 30 days from registering the coupon code in the LUUP app.
• The purchased coupon code is to be entered in the LUUP app to receive the discount.

How to Purchase

1. Access the purchase site

2. Click on the "Buy for personal use after accepting the Terms of Service" button
3. Choose from "Login to purchase", "Register as a member and purchase", or "Purchase without registering"
   └ Membership registration/login is for Kiigo, the purchase site. You can also purchase without registering on Kiigo.
4. Enter the necessary information such as payment method.
   └ Payment is possible by credit card or bank settlement (ATM/Internet banking).

How to Use the Purchased Coupon Code

1. Launch the LUUP app
2. Open the menu button in the upper left of the screen
3. Tap "Coupon" in the menu
4. Tap the "Enter coupon code" button
5. Enter the purchased coupon code (can be confirmed from the email or My Page of kiigo after purchase)
6. Tap the Add button
7. Completion. The first 30-minute ride will be free of charge with a coupon discount applied.

Notes

• The coupon code will be valid for 30 days from the time it is entered in the LUUP app, so please be careful about when you enter it.
• Note that LUUP services in Utsunomiya City may end before the expiration date of the coupon code.
• Purchased coupon codes cannot be returned, exchanged, converted into cash, reissued or refunded. The same applies even if LUUP services in Utsunomiya City are discontinued.
