If you are unable to end your ride, please check the following two points:
- Restart the app and update your current location information (please tap the current location button in the map screen)
- There is no problem with the signal reception
If you still cannot end your ride, please contact us with the following information using the inquiry form.
- Your name
- Phone number or email address registered in the app
- Please describe the details of the issue (where you stopped, the last 5 digits of the QR code, and the situation)
Please note that you do not need to stay at the location where you reported the issue.
The following are the most frequently reported issues using the inquiry form.
- Tapping "Proceed to Take Picture" does not advance to the next screen
- The app crashes while sending photos
- Malfunction caused by using a device that is not recommended for the service
When contacting us for inquiries, it would be appreciated if you could provide specific details (such as which screen the error occurred on).
Please note that if we cannot confirm the validity of your registered credit card, there may be cases where payment will fail when you end your ride.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but please contact us via the inquiry form after registering a different card, contacting the issuer of the registered credit card to verify the reason, and activating the payment method.
Payment failure for ended rides will be settled upon completion of the payment, enabling you to ride again next time.
