■ What is the service area?

The area in which LUUP provides services is referred to as the "Service Area."

In principle, LUUP will be driven within this area and cannot be driven outside the service area or in places where driving is prohibited by law (including places where driving is prohibited by the administrator of the place).

With the exception of certain areas, you cannot drive or return a vehicle from a service area to another service area. If you are found to be doing this, you will be subject to a penalty fee.

In the Tokyo, Kawasaki, and Yokohama areas, transfers and returns between the three cities are permitted.

*Ride fees are based on the service area where you start riding.
