3-hour and 12-hour ride passes and plan details

We sell 3-hour and 12-hour unlimited ride passes that are cheaper than the regular price for trips of up to 3 hours or 12 hours.

 

How to purchase

You can purchase them from the following sales site.
Areas eligible for discounts on the 3-hour unlimited ride pass and 12-hour unlimited ride pass are Tokyo, Osaka (excluding Kinki University), Shin-Osaka, Kyoto (excluding Maizuru City), Yokohama, Kawasaki, Kobe (excluding Nesta Resort Kobe), Asagiri, Utsunomiya, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Sendai, Fukuoka, Kitakyushu, Takamatsu, Hamamatsu, Okazaki, Naha, Sapporo, and Tsu.

This does not apply in some areas, so please be careful where you use it.

  • This coupon will give you free rides within the first 3 hours of registration.
  • You can purchase at a cheaper price than usual.
  • Recommended for fixed schedules and errands of 1-2 hours.

■12-hour pass
price: 2,480 yen (tax included)

  • This coupon will give you free rides within 12 hours of registration.
  • You can purchase at a cheaper price than usual.
  • Recommended for holidays when you don't have a specific destination or plan in mind, or for sightseeing and traveling around by bus, with frequent stops and stops.

■ How to use

  • This is not a service that allows you to split 3-hour or 12-hour rides over several days.
  • This product is not a subscription.
  • The validity period begins at the time of registration, so please be aware of the expiration date.
  • The discount will be applied to rides that are completed within the valid period. If you return the vehicle and start riding again, the discount will be applied as many times as you like as long as it is within the valid period.
  • You may return the vehicle and switch to another vehicle within the valid period.
  • If you plan to use the vehicle for an extended period of time, be sure to check the remaining battery power of the vehicle. If the battery power is running low, we recommend that you end the ride and switch to a vehicle with sufficient battery power.
  • Product details, sales price, and sales period may change or end without notice.

 

Important information about coupons

  • The coupon can be registered in the app for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • This product is valid for 3 or 12 hours from the time you register the coupon in the LUUP app. We recommend registering the coupon immediately before the start of your ride.
     
  • The 3-hour pass is a coupon that allows you to ride for up to 3 hours free of charge, and the 12-hour pass is a coupon that allows you to ride for up to 12 hours free of charge. Only the riding time within the valid period is free of charge.
  • Please note that if you register the coupon after the ride has started or if the validity period has expired, you will be charged for any ride time outside the validity period.
  • You can ride as many times as you like within the 3 or 12 hours of the validity period.
  • Please note that the coupon will be automatically applied to any rides after registration.
     
  • This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. This coupon will take priority.
  • If the discounted amount due to the coupon is less than the purchase price, the difference cannot be refunded.
  • The discount applies to the following areas: Tokyo, Osaka (excluding Kinki University), Shin-Osaka, Kyoto (excluding Maizuru City), Yokohama, Kawasaki, Kobe (excluding Nesta Resort Kobe), Asagiri, Utsunomiya, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Sendai, Fukuoka, Kitakyushu, Takamatsu, Hamamatsu, Okazaki, Naha, Sapporo, and Tsu.
  • This product cannot be returned, exchanged, redeemed for cash, reissued or refunded.

 

How to receive your purchased coupon code

After completing your purchase, you will receive a coupon code via email.

 

I get an error when I enter the PIN code I received.

If you purchased from Amazon, you may have received two emails.

  • Please try entering the PIN code listed in the other email.
  • If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please contact Amazon.

When registering a coupon, a message regarding the expiration date may appear. Please be sure to check this before registering.

Things to note while riding

  • When riding for long periods of time, please be mindful of your health, stay hydrated and take breaks.
  • If you need to temporarily stop your vehicle during a ride, please park it in a location where parking is possible and be sure to lock it.
  • If you are unable to find a place to park, please return the vehicle to the nearest port.
  • If you plan to use the vehicle for an extended period of time, be sure to check the remaining battery power of the vehicle. If the battery power is running low, we recommend that you end the ride and switch to a vehicle with sufficient battery power.
  • In addition, please follow traffic rules and use the facility safely.

If you are currently subscribed to a subscription plan

  • The 3-hour pass/12-hour pass overlaps with the subscription plan .
  • Discounts for 3-hour passes/12-hour passes are calculated after discounts based on subscription plans are applied.

 

Issuing a receipt for purchased coupon codes

  • Luup cannot issue receipts for products purchased on external sites.
  • Please contact Kiigo, Amazon, or other retailers where you purchased the product.
