■ What is the port discount function?
There are ports where you can get 25% off the ride fee when you depart and 25% off the ride fee when you return.
Ports will appear on the map as shown below. Tap on a port to see the discount details. (The design may differ.)

■ Discount application conditions
Please note that ports are only available for a limited time, and may no longer be eligible for the discount just before the ride begins.
If you start a ride during a discounted time, the ride will be discounted.
- The discount will be maintained for the duration of your reservation. Please use the reservation function and start your ride within the reserved time.
- In rare cases, the reserved vehicle may not be available at the port.
- Please note that if your reservation time has ended or your reservation has been canceled, you may no longer be eligible for the port discount.
■Notes: Conditions under which the discount will not be applied
1. When the departure port and return port are the same
- Please note that the discount does not apply to "returning to the same port as departure" or "departing from the port you set as the return port." Only rides going to a different port are eligible for the discount.
2. When departing from a port that offers a discount upon departure and returning to another port that offers a discount upon departure
- If both the departure port and return port are "eligible for discount upon departure," the discount will not be applied.
3. When you depart from a port that offers a discount if you return it and return it to another port that offers a discount if you return it.
- If the departure port and return port are both "eligible for discount upon return," the discount will not be applied.
4. Changing return ports during a ride
- Please note that if you select a return port eligible for the discount and start your ride, and then change ports during your ride, the port discount will no longer be applied.
■Coupons and campaigns can be applied at the same time
Port discounts are applied in addition to any coupons you may have. Please note that you cannot prevent a coupon from being used.
Overlapping application example:
If the ride fare is 1,000 yen and you have a 25% discount at the departure port and a 100 yen free coupon:
- Billing calculation: 1,000 yen * 25% OFF - 100 yen = 750 yen - 100 yen = 650 yen
