1. Usage Fees
[Ride Fee]
The usage fees in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Yokohama, Kobe, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Sendai, Fukuoka, Takamatsu are as follows.
Basic charge: 50 yen (including tax) & Cost per min: 15 yen (including tax) per minute
※ Fractions of a minute are rounded up to the nearest minute
※ Fees may vary in some areas.
※ Currently, the same amount applies to both e-scooters and bikes
Example: For 5 minutes and 30 seconds ride
- Basic charge: 50 yen
- Cost per min: 90 yen (15 yen/min × 6 minutes)
- Ride fee (Basic charge + Cost per min): 140 yen
Example: For just a 10-min ride
- Basic charge: 50 yen
- Cost per min: 150 yen (15 yen/min × 10 minutes)
- Ride fee (Basic charge + Cost per min): 200 yen
[Operation-related Fees] (For removal or theft of the vehicle, or parking outside the designated area)
In cases of malicious behavior by the user or if the vehicle is parked in a no-parking area and removed, you may be required to pay for the damages incurred to us, as well as various costs and usage fees associated with the response.

3. Payment Methods
Payment will be made via the credit card registered at the time of ride completion.
※ We support VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, and DISCOVER.
※ We are progressively adding support for payment methods other than credit cards
※ If you use the service for more than 12 hours, you may be charged even if you have not completed the ride. In such cases, we will contact you, so please understand in advance
4. Checking Usage Fees
You can check from the "Ride History & Receipt Issuance" in the app's menu bar.
Also, it's possible to issue a receipt from the ride history screen.
By entering the name and email address, a receipt for the selected ride will be sent via email.If there are any questions about the bill, please contact us via the inquiry form.
5. Changing Account and Payment Information
Account information can be changed by tapping the account settings displayed at the top of the app's menu bar.
Also, payment information can be changed by selecting "Payment Information" from the app's menu bar.
6. Deleting Registered Cards
If you wish to delete a registered card, please contact us via the inquiry form.
We will proceed with the deletion of data sequentially upon receipt of your contact.
7. How to Use Coupons
The process for using coupons is as follows.
- Select "Coupons" from the menu screen
- Select "Register" at the top right of the screen
- Please enter your coupon code
Please register the coupon before riding.
Coupons are automatically applied at the time of the ride and are used in order of closest expiry date.
8. Referral Coupons
The process for issuing referral coupons is as follows.
- Tell your friend the coupon code (which can be found in the menu screen under "Referral Coupons")
- Your friend can receive a coupon by entering the coupon code
- Once your friend completes a ride, you will also receive a coupon as a gift

9. Penalty Fees
The following actions are strictly prohibited as they not only disrupt the operation of the service but also cause inconvenience to other users. If such actions are discovered by us, penalty fees will be charged to the registered credit card, so please be careful.
- In the case of an accident not being reported to us and later discovered through police or third-party indications: 30,000 yen
- If the mobility is returned to a location other than the specified return location (excluding no-parking zones): 30,000 yen
- If parked in a no-parking zone, if a neglected vehicle confirmation sticker is attached to the mobility during the ride, or if the mobility is deemed abandoned by us: 50,000 yen
- If the registered user is determined by us to have intentionally or negligently damaged or stolen the mobility: 200,000 yen
"No-parking zones" refer to:
- Locations outside the service provision area, places where parking or driving is prohibited by law, etc.
- Locations other than Parking that are owned or managed by third parties where the owner or manager has prohibited parking, etc.
- Places that obstruct the passage of pedestrians, automobiles, or other vehicles
- Other locations deemed inappropriate for parking, etc.
