- Contact the LUUP Customer Center
If an accident occurs, please contact the police immediately and file a report.
If someone is injured, please take action such as calling an ambulance.
After that, please contact the LUUP Customer Center and tell them the date, time, location, cause, and circumstances of the accident.

If the accident is discovered later by the police or a third party, you will be subject to a penalty fee in accordance with the terms of use.
If an accident occurs while using the vehicle, the user will be covered by liability insurance. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages outside the scope of insurance coverage.
