- Is Airplane mode turned off?
- Are you in a location with poor signal reception?
- Have you set up to reject receiving SMS (short messages)?
- If you are using Rakuten network, is SMS being received within the "Rakuten Link" app?
- Have you requested the login code for the same phone number more than a certain number of times in a short period?
If you request a login code for the same phone number more than a certain number of times in a short period, authentication will be locked for security reasons. Please try again after waiting about a day.

We use international SMS for authentication.
If you have set to reject international SMS, please make the following changes.

* If you are using a carrier other than the three mentioned above, please contact the relevant carrier for settings to enable international SMS reception.

If the carrier has changed due to MNP, you may not be able to send or receive international SMS for a few days.
There are cases where retrying after some time resolves the issue, so please try again.
