- Tap the [i] mark in the upper right corner of the screen
- The support seat rises
- Select "The key won't open"
- Tap the "Unlock" button
- The key will open
If the problem persists, such as the key not opening no matter how many times you try
- If there is a vehicle in the port area:
- Select the "Can't Ride" button
- End the ride by clicking "Report the issue and end the ride"
- Please choose a different vehicle
- If the vehicle is away from the port:
- Please contact us via support chat and an operator will check it for you.
