You can reserve a ride for 10 minutes using the following procedure:
① Select the vehicle and return port
To reserve a ride, first select the vehicle you want to ride and the port where you will return it.
◆ Method of selecting the vehicle first
1. Tap the port where you want to start your ride.
2. Select the vehicle you want to ride from the list of vehicles, and tap the "Ride" button.
3. Tap the port where you will return the vehicle.
4. Tap "Return here".
◆ Method of selecting the return port first
1. Tap the port where you will return the vehicle.
2. Tap "Return here".
3. Select the port where you want to start your ride.
4. Select the vehicle you want to ride from the list of vehicles and tap the "Ride" button.
② Tap the "Reserve Ride" button
To make a 10-minute reservation, tap the "Reserve Ride" button. Once you have made a reservation, you can keep the selected vehicle and return port on hold for 10 minutes. There is no charge for making a reservation.
※ If you want to ride immediately, please tap "Ride Now".
④ Start your ride
Move to the departure port within 10 minutes and tap the "Start Ride" button.
※ If 10 minutes have elapsed, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Please start your ride within the time limit.
